Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial management of the Northeast region, ensuring achievement of volume, revenue and margin targets with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute the regional sales plan, translating corporate strategy into concrete actions and ensuring discipline in commercial policy.
  • Manage performance indicators for the commercial structure (Technical Supervisors and Representatives), promoting high performance, development and strategic alignment.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, product launches and strategic initiatives, ensuring proper execution and communication to the team and customers.
  • Strengthen and expand key accounts in the region, acting as the company's institutional representative and ensuring retention and long-term relationships.
  • Work in an integrated manner with Technical Services and other internal areas, ensuring excellence in solution implementation, customer satisfaction and sustainable business development.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in commercial leadership of multi-level structures and multichannel operations in the ruminant livestock segment.
  • Analytical and financial skills, with a proven track record in margin and profitability management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agrarian Sciences, Business Administration or related fields.
  • English proficiency desirable.
  • Willingness to reside in Ji-Paraná, Cocal or Ariquemes (Rondônia).
