About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager leading Neurosciences Advanced Capital equipment sales at Medtronic. Focusing on building relationships and driving revenue in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible to promote and build the Neurosciences Advanced Capital and corresponding Robotics portfolio for Medtronic
  • Responsible for revenue generation to contribute towards meeting the AOP target for the Robotics portfolio
  • Develop and implement market development plans/strategies
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals and physicians
  • Engage with team to conduct and/or evaluate market research

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Broad sales, business development, and management knowledge
  • Experience in healthcare Robotics/Imaging highly preferred
  • Candidates with other high-tech complex medical device experience will be considered
