Responsibilities
Developing and executing channel partner strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals
Lead team of Demand Specialists reporting to Demand Leader
Selecting, identifying areas for portfolio expansion
Setting ambitious approach for Demand Specialists
Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new channel partners
Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, providing them with training, resources, and support
Collaborating with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to partners
Monitoring partner performance and conducting regular business reviews to ensure targets are being met
Resolving partner-related issues and providing timely support to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met
Tracking and reporting on channel metrics and KPIs to senior management
Requirements
Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management
Strong understanding of sales strategies and channel partner dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partner performance and market potential
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
