Responsibilities
Monitor the expiry dates of mandatory trainings to anticipate required training actions and optimize the number of sessions to organize
Centralize training needs (excluding mandatory trainings) identified by managers
Organize training sessions with providers to enable employees/trainees to register for courses
Send invitations to training participants and manage on-site logistics for sessions (room reservations, safety check-in for the trainer, etc.)
Handle invoicing in coordination with the OPCO (Opérateurs de Compétences)
Ensure budget tracking and maintain various indicators
Contribute to internal site communications and support the management of variable payroll elements
Requirements
Degree or equivalent, preferably a Master's in Human Resources
Previous professional experience through an internship or work-study placement preferred
Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office)
Legal and regulatory knowledge related to training and payroll
Autonomous and adaptable
Detail-oriented and methodical
Proactive and able to propose improvements
