About the role
- Alternant RH overseeing training logistics and regulatory compliance in the HR team at Solvay. Supporting various departments with training sessions management and internal communications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the expiry dates of mandatory trainings to anticipate required training actions and optimize the number of sessions to organize
- Centralize training needs (excluding mandatory trainings) identified by managers
- Organize training sessions with providers to enable employees/trainees to register for courses
- Send invitations to training participants and manage on-site logistics for sessions (room reservations, safety check-in for the trainer, etc.)
- Handle invoicing in coordination with the OPCO (Opérateurs de Compétences)
- Ensure budget tracking and maintain various indicators
- Contribute to internal site communications and support the management of variable payroll elements
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent, preferably a Master's in Human Resources
- Previous professional experience through an internship or work-study placement preferred
- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office)
- Legal and regulatory knowledge related to training and payroll
- Autonomous and adaptable
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- Proactive and able to propose improvements
