About the role
- Planning Manager preparing demand plans for Sephora and Kohl’s at Sol de Janeiro, an award-winning beauty brand. Collaborates on forecasts and sales goals while supporting business intelligence needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Demand Plan for Sephora US/CA and Kohl’s
- Contribute to the brand by having an accurate forecast and realistic ambitions to hit fiscal targets
- Create a detailed SKU level forecast to support Sephora US, Sephora CA and Kohl’s by analyzing all relative data points to create the sales forecast
- Lead monthly Forecast channel review meetings with respective Channel lead counterparts
- Support organizations business intelligence needs to support new product launch demand planning and any ad hoc BI requests
- Partner with supply and marketing teams to evaluate feasibility of out of cycle incremental demand
- Review retailer specific purchase order requests
- Support and aid the team in tracking monthly retail sales goals
- Prepare companywide reporting to effectively communicate out fiscal actuals and targets by category, SKU and Channel level
