Responsibilities
As a BDR, you are the face of Solarize and the first, crucial point of contact for our future partners.
You lay the foundation for our sales success and contribute directly to our growth.
You identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new growth opportunities that directly influence our sales and product strategy.
Through targeted research and creative outbound strategies, you identify future market leaders in the energy and real estate industries and win them over to our vision.
In initial conversations, you understand the challenges of our potential customers, spark their interest, and qualify them for the next step in our sales process.
In close collaboration with the CEO, marketing, and the account executives, you test new strategies and help us continuously improve our sales playbook.
Requirements
A strong drive and motivation to launch a career in tech sales and embrace a steep learning curve.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone-based outreach, and a professional, confident manner in direct customer contact.
A desire to improve every day — both professionally and personally.
A degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field of study.
Excellent German language skills at native (C2) level, both written and spoken.
Some experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or another customer-facing role.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools.
A basic understanding of, or interest in, the energy or real estate industry.
Good command of English.
