About the role

  • Marketing Analyst developing and maintaining BI dashboards for effective digital marketing in Brazil. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards for the Digital Marketing area, ensuring clear and actionable visualizations;
  • Generate strategic insights from internal and external data to support decisions on campaigns, channels and content;
  • Monitor performance metrics for digital initiatives, proposing continuous improvements;
  • Automate reports and data analysis processes;
  • Create executive presentations and visuals to communicate results, strategies and opportunities clearly and impactfully;
  • Present analyses and recommendations to different teams and leadership;
  • Collaborate with creative, media and CRM teams to align data-driven strategies;
  • Ensure the quality, organization and updating of the databases used;
  • Work on continuous improvement of analysis processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar);
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level);
  • Knowledge of data analysis, digital metrics and campaign performance;
  • Experience creating visual and executive presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or similar);
  • The following are a plus:
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • Desirable knowledge of SQL and marketing automation tools;
  • Intermediate English.
