About the role

  • Create new business opportunities through direct prospecting, identifying potential clients and prospects aligned with the SoftExpert product portfolio;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing;
  • Negotiate proposals, contracts, and renewals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction;
  • Keep sales forecasts and stages (from lead to opportunity) consistently updated in the CRM;
  • Deliver persuasive solution presentations;
  • Provide product requirement feedback to the product development team;
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of products and services;
  • Travel within the designated territory;
  • Identify and demonstrate competitive advantages that differentiate us from market competitors;
  • Take ownership of initiatives that generate business for SoftExpert.

Requirements

  • Experience selling IT products or services;
  • Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area;
  • Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid category B driver's license;
  • Strong experience in IT sales;
  • Experience selling solutions for management excellence, quality, business process improvement, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance (BPM, ECM, BSC, PPM, GRC, QMS, EHSM, ITSM, etc.);
  • Assertive verbal and written communication and presentation skills with audiences at all organizational levels;
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills;
  • Persistence and ability to work independently;
  • Discipline, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to sell value-added solutions;
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial terms;
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and CRM.
