Manage the entire sales cycle through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing;
Negotiate proposals, contracts, and renewals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction;
Keep sales forecasts and stages (from lead to opportunity) consistently updated in the CRM;
Deliver persuasive solution presentations;
Provide product requirement feedback to the product development team;
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of products and services;
Travel within the designated territory;
Identify and demonstrate competitive advantages that differentiate us from market competitors;
Take ownership of initiatives that generate business for SoftExpert.
Requirements
Experience selling IT products or services;
Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area;
Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid category B driver's license;
Strong experience in IT sales;
Experience selling solutions for management excellence, quality, business process improvement, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance (BPM, ECM, BSC, PPM, GRC, QMS, EHSM, ITSM, etc.);
Assertive verbal and written communication and presentation skills with audiences at all organizational levels;
Strong prospecting and negotiation skills;
Persistence and ability to work independently;
Discipline, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to sell value-added solutions;
Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial terms;
Familiarity with B2B marketing and CRM.
