About the role

  • Technical Success Manager promoting customer success and scalable adoption of security practices at Snyk. Designing engaging sessions and crafting valuable resources to empower customers.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Customer Success at Scale: Design and execute engaging, scheduled sessions focused on technical and business outcomes to ensure every customer realizes increasing value from Snyk.
  • Promote Scalable Adoption: Lead innovative programs, including one-to-many engagements like technical workshops and webinars, that equip new customers to achieve their security goals quickly and efficiently.
  • Translate Data into Action: Analyze customer usage data to uncover trends, proactively identify risks, and trigger targeted, programmatic outreach to ensure the health and success of your portfolio.
  • Build a Library of Success: Create and curate high-quality technical resources like tutorials and best practice guides that empower customers to self-serve and succeed independently.
  • Be the Voice of Your Customer Portfolio: Act as a powerful internal advocate, synthesizing feedback to influence the product roadmap and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to address common needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management
  • Proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs such as webinars, email campaigns, or workshops (A Scalable Mindset)
  • Working knowledge of developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VSCode) and an understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle (DevTools Proficiency & DevSecOps Acumen)
  • Proficient in AppSec concepts like SAST/DAST, SCA, SBOM, and secrets/container/IaC scanning
  • Effective and influential communicator (both written and verbal) with a wide range of personas
