About the role

  • Customer Success Associate at Mad Mobile responsible for customer account management and engagement. Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Own a set of accounts and partner with customers to ensure they maximize engagement with CAKE
  • Interact with customers at every stage from implementation to renewal
  • Provide proactive account management and support
  • Engage in data research and analysis and thought leadership
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers
  • Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers
  • Identify and escalate potential customer risks or churn indicators
  • Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive measures for customer success
  • Understand customers' business objectives, challenges, and requirements
  • Develop and deliver training and educational materials to help customers maximize value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of the industry and ability to understand customers' business processes and goals
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
