Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact and dedicated account lead for a portfolio of B2B clients
Lead onboarding and support the adoption of IMAIOS solutions
Monitor usage through regular statistics and reports
Identify early warning signs / pain points and propose corrective actions
Assist in handling client requests (functional support + first‑level qualification)
Contribute to accounting/administrative follow-up: invoicing, renewals
Anticipate churn risks and contribute to client retention and contract renewals
Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in Customer Success, B2B client relations, or account management with a focus on retention
Comfortable with reporting and usage analysis
Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written
Autonomous, organized and customer‑oriented
Knowledge of digital marketing and international billing is a plus
