About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at IMAIOS ensuring the successful onboarding and use of medical e-learning solutions for B2B clients in healthcare. Focused on relationship management and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact and dedicated account lead for a portfolio of B2B clients
  • Lead onboarding and support the adoption of IMAIOS solutions
  • Monitor usage through regular statistics and reports
  • Identify early warning signs / pain points and propose corrective actions
  • Assist in handling client requests (functional support + first‑level qualification)
  • Contribute to accounting/administrative follow-up: invoicing, renewals
  • Anticipate churn risks and contribute to client retention and contract renewals

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Customer Success, B2B client relations, or account management with a focus on retention
  • Comfortable with reporting and usage analysis
  • Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Autonomous, organized and customer‑oriented
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and international billing is a plus
