About the role

  • Senior Learning & Development Program Manager designing innovative learning initiatives at Snowflake. Collaborate with leaders to drive employee engagement and continuous improvement in learning programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand overarching learning goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new learning programs.
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse learning initiatives.
  • Develop, lead, and manage a variety of learning programs.
  • Explore and champion the use of new learning technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in developing and implementing learning programs.
  • Experience building manager onboarding or leadership development programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
