  • Program Manager, Senior managing wildfire risk reduction projects in Paradise, CA. Driving operational excellence and stakeholder engagement for project success in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on program objectives
  • Actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly business operating reviews, providing insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency and performance
  • Ensure Accurate Project Scheduling & Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with Contract Specialists to verify and update project start dates, ensuring alignment with Project Managers and overall business objectives
  • Resource Planning & Construction Work Plan Management
  • Maintain Transparency in Work Assignments
  • Support Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
  • Oversee Dashboard Maintenance & Reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Six Plus (6+) years of relevant experience in program management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of energy industry applications, including energy efficiency programs, local-level customer needs, and regulatory considerations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools at an intermediate level or higher
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to shifting priorities with minimal direction
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required
