Responsibilities
- Leading CPI projects to address issues and defects related to design, manufacturing, and supplier quality.
- Supporting the team in data analysis to identify and prioritize key issues to ensure we minimize customer downtime.
- Close collaboration with the extended team to support product quality, including a focus on analysis of all field defects and implementing robust stop capability to protect our customers.
- Provide coaching to the extended organization on effective RCCA and identification of “True Root Cause.”
Requirements
- Experience in product development, design engineering, product service engineering, or as a field Technical Representative.
- Experience in more than one product development area or product group is desirable.
- Experience in program management or project management.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation) for a global and diverse audience.
- Strong analytical skills and capabilities.
- Ability to draw insights from data to make quick, well informed decisions.
