About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for consulting on medical products in Advanced Wound Management. Working closely with stakeholders in hospitals and clinics across the Hamburg and Bremen regions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for professional consultation on medical devices
  • Driving sales in hospitals and clinics within your territory
  • Advising and supporting users of products for chronic and post-operative wound care as well as negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT)
  • Close collaboration with other team members in your region
  • Achieving the defined sales targets within the sales territory
  • Managing existing customers and strategically acquiring new customers (hospitals, clinics, medical care centers)
  • Providing technical consultation on products in the field of advanced wound care
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders in hospitals
  • Documenting sales activities in the CRM system
  • Independently planning and conducting product trainings and workshops

Requirements

  • Medical qualification (e.g., OR nurse, registered nurse) or alternatively another vocational qualification or a completed degree combined with relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience selling medical devices in the inpatient sector (clinic/hospital)
  • Strong service- and customer-orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and a strong drive to achieve results
  • Team player with organizational skills and enthusiasm
  • Confident use of IT systems such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Driver's license class B and local residence with willingness to travel (up to 80%)
