About the role

  • Sales Representative for Smith+Nephew's Orthopaedics team, assisting with operative case logistics and securing inventory. Building relationships to exceed quotas and improve patient outcomes within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Orthopaedics Sales Team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts.
  • Assist in scheduling operative cases, securing inventory, observing, and consulting surgical teams on instrumentation and implants.
  • Build rapport with Sales Reps and leadership.
  • Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quota.
  • Provide first-class technical support to ensure product availability meets customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Prefers a minimum of (2) two years of professional sales experience
  • A valid driver ’s license applicable to current residence to facilitate of travel requirements of position
  • Must successfully complete the credentialing process to gain entry into healthcare facilities which may include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
