Responsibilities
Independently acquire new customers in the field and expand your regional customer portfolio in Northern Germany
Build, maintain and continuously develop a robust sales pipeline
Analyze individual customer requirements on site and develop tailored logistics and transport solutions
Own the entire sales process – from initial meetings and negotiations through to successful contract closure
Document all sales activities in a structured manner in the CRM system
Requirements
Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification—ideally in freight forwarding, transport or logistics
Proven sales experience, preferably in inside or field sales at a logistics company
Solid understanding of road transport and short-sea transport
Excellent communication skills in German and English
You demonstrate goal orientation, negotiation skills, flexibility, integrity and a strong customer focus
