About the role
- ServiceNow HR Analyst facilitating projects and system enhancements at Fidelity. Collaborating with teams to improve HR processes and data management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day enhancements and fixes
- Facilitate requirements, design, testing, and delivery of projects and system enhancements
- Ensure accurate collection, control, processing, and maintenance of confidential employee record data
- Coordinate & Publish HR Knowledgebase articles
- Assist with the creation of automated test scripts for future upgrade releases
- Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience
- 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience and/or experience in another Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR System Management (HRSM) software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft or UKG HR Service Delivery Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills
- Coding experience would be a nice to have (JavaScript)
