About the role

  • ServiceNow HR Analyst facilitating projects and system enhancements at Fidelity. Collaborating with teams to improve HR processes and data management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day enhancements and fixes
  • Facilitate requirements, design, testing, and delivery of projects and system enhancements
  • Ensure accurate collection, control, processing, and maintenance of confidential employee record data
  • Coordinate & Publish HR Knowledgebase articles
  • Assist with the creation of automated test scripts for future upgrade releases
  • Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience
  • 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience and/or experience in another Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR System Management (HRSM) software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft or UKG HR Service Delivery Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Coding experience would be a nice to have (JavaScript)
