Responsibilities
Manage day to day enhancements and fixes
Facilitate requirements, design, testing, and delivery of projects and system enhancements
Ensure accurate collection, control, processing, and maintenance of confidential employee record data
Coordinate & Publish HR Knowledgebase articles
Assist with the creation of automated test scripts for future upgrade releases
Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience
5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience and/or experience in another Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR System Management (HRSM) software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft or UKG HR Service Delivery Platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
Strong written and communication skills
Coding experience would be a nice to have (JavaScript)
