About the role

  • In this role, you will actively shape the entire customer journey: you will develop and manage automated CRM flows, newsletter formats and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Through intelligent segmentation and data-driven personalization, you will ensure our target audiences are reached precisely and relevantly across all channels.
  • In campaign management, you will take end-to-end responsibility — from strategic planning through cross-channel execution to performance measurement.
  • Based on in-depth performance analyses, you will derive actionable insights and develop optimization strategies that sustainably increase our conversion and retention rates.
  • As a growth driver, you will systematically identify cross- and upselling opportunities and implement measures that continuously increase Customer Lifetime Value.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of professional experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing — ideally within the financial sector or other highly regulated markets.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomreach, HubSpot, or similar), segmentation, automation and customer-journey design.
  • Analytical strength: You think in KPIs and funnels — and translate data into actionable initiatives.
  • Regulatory understanding: You are familiar with the requirements for customer communications in the financial environment and know how to be effective within regulatory constraints.
  • Communication & creativity: You have a good sense for tone, storytelling and what truly resonates with customers.
  • Working style: You work in a structured, independent manner and proactively contribute ideas — with a passion for customer experiences and measurable results.
