  • Account Executive managing partner relationships for Odisseias. Focused on business development, negotiation, and sales performance in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage an existing portfolio of partners, maintaining and developing strong, long-term relationships
  • Negotiate and close identified new business opportunities to drive sales results and revenue growth
  • Implement the defined commercial/sales strategy
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor results, proposing new approaches if there are deviations
  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking the entire process using CRM tools
  • Represent Odisseias professionally and with excellence to partners

Requirements

  • Strong vocation and solid experience in commercial / account management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (face-to-face and by phone) are essential
  • Strong ethical values, a positive mindset, and a high customer- and results-orientation
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage the sales process
