Bring in exceptional talent who are excited about Sleek and are a great fit for our stage of growth and culture
Bring in new talent within time-to-fill targets (to be disclosed during interviews)
Proactively expand the talent pool through sourcing, referrals and other means
Proactively build and manage relationships with Sleek’s leadership team and hiring managers, soliciting feedback and working with the Head of Talent Acquisition to prioritise that feedback
Best-practice usage of agentic AI tools without compromising on providing a caring and friendly candidate experience
99% data accuracy in our applicant tracking system
Proactively review pipeline stage performance using data and AI to ensure high levels of conversion
Excellence in and familiarity with job portal hygiene and local recruitment regulations (e.g. MyCareersFuture/MOM guidelines for Singapore-focused roles).
Requirements
Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights
You are either a fresh graduate with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment or you have up to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Agency Recruitment, Sales, or Customer Success)
If you are a fresh graduate, you have completed at least one 3-month internship in a corporate or startup environment, bonus points if it was in recruitment, sales, or a high-volume role
