About the role

  • Field Recruiter for Renuity's Home Organization Division. Driving high-volume hiring across sales, retail, call center, and production teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process
  • Gather interview feedback and consult with hiring managers
  • Ensure all candidates are communicated with
  • Use job boards and professional networks to find candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Attend job fairs and community outreach events
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
  • High-volume recruitment experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software
