Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll;
Manage employee vacation processes;
Calculate employee termination payments daily;
Maintain control of the electronic timekeeping system and perform timekeeping calculations and administration for the units supported;
Serve units and employees, advising them on current labor and social security legislation, union clauses, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies and procedures;
Participate in HR/payroll projects;
Support audits and inspections.
Requirements
Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
Intermediate-level Excel;
Experience with personnel administration routines and labor legislation;
Experience with the Senior payroll and timekeeping system (Senior Sistemas) is a plus.
