Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll;
  • Manage employee vacation processes;
  • Calculate employee termination payments daily;
  • Maintain control of the electronic timekeeping system and perform timekeeping calculations and administration for the units supported;
  • Serve units and employees, advising them on current labor and social security legislation, union clauses, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies and procedures;
  • Participate in HR/payroll projects;
  • Support audits and inspections.

Requirements

  • Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Intermediate-level Excel;
  • Experience with personnel administration routines and labor legislation;
  • Experience with the Senior payroll and timekeeping system (Senior Sistemas) is a plus.
