Responsibilities

  • Organizing and handling administrative tasks
  • Processing and maintaining personnel and payroll records
  • Point of contact for residents, relatives and external partners
  • Assisting the facility manager with day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in business administration or a related field, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Professional experience in the administration of a nursing facility
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with accounting, billing and other software applications
  • Independent, analytical and structured working style
  • Empathy and strong communication skills
