Responsibilities
Responsible as a DATEV Consultant for configuring client and advisor accounts.
Support as a key user in administering DATEV software and handling updates.
Provide consulting on the use and optimization of DATEV solutions.
Ongoing review and improvement of the IT infrastructure.
Create and maintain technical documentation as well as activity reports.
Develop best practices for digital collaboration between the firm and clients.
Requirements
DATEV expertise (practice accounting/Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, DMS, Unternehmen Online, LODAS/Payroll, etc.)
Solid experience with DATEV products and in supporting Microsoft system environments.
Ideally certified in DATEV and/or IT security domains.
Preferably experience as a financial accountant, tax assistant, or in a comparable role.
Desirable completed training as a financial accountant, tax clerk, and/or certified balance-sheet accountant.
Strong communication skills, confident presence, and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer.
Independent, structured working style and customer orientation.
Strong problem-solving skills and service/customer focus.
Proactive, organized and self-responsible approach to work.
