Requirements
Previous experience leading sales teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma — completed or in progress.
Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
Good communication skills, proactivity, and team spirit.
Knowledge of CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and experience creating performance reports.
Ability to train, motivate, and develop people.
