Responsibilities
Define and implement regional priorities to ensure all revenue, margin, and portfolio growth objectives are met
Drive account renewals, expansion (upselling/cross-selling), and new business acquisition by leading a high-performing team of Account Managers
Collaborate closely with Pre-sales and Offer teams to design and define winning solution strategies
Take full ownership of your sales department’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and manage your team of collaborators
Lead weekly regional monitoring committees and ensure the absolute accuracy of CRM data
Act as a functional manager for regional sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery in close coordination with the Customer Services Department
Provide weekly visibility to the Managing Director regarding regional performance and internal/external communication needs
Ensure the strict application of the StorTrec opportunity management process
Requirements
Outstanding analytical, adaptability, and negotiation skills
Expertise in complex sales processes and professional reporting
A proven track record of managerial leadership and strong interpersonal abilities
An established network within the IT industry (advantageous)
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for sales activities
Business-fluent German and English
