About the role

  • Partner Sales Specialist responsible for developing new resellers for Severa in Sweden. Identifying and mentoring partners while ensuring their success in the B2B sales landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, win, and develop new partners into successful Severa resellers
  • Manage the entire partner sales process: from initial prospecting to managing your own partner portfolio
  • Mentor and support partners with lead generation and qualifying opportunities
  • Join customer meetings and perform high-quality demos
  • Answer both commercial and technical questions to ensure partner success

Requirements

  • Experience in successful B2B sales or partner management
  • A technical interest/aptitude to handle software demos and technical queries
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills (Finnish is considered a plus)
  • Readiness to travel
  • A proactive approach to identifying and winning new business partners
