Responsibilities
You identify and contact potential customers in the workwear sector
You advise new customers, present our services, and prepare tailored proposals for their needs
You analyze the market and monitor current trends to derive new business opportunities
You build a strong network through trade shows, events, and social media such as LinkedIn
You conduct contract negotiations in coordination with our sales management and support them to a successful conclusion
You primarily perform acquisition for the regions of Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, and the northern part of North Rhine-Westphalia
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
Relevant experience in sales and new customer acquisition, ideally in the services sector
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
Initiative, goal orientation, and a structured way of working
Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving license
