About the role

  • Proposals Specialist managing proposals and customer negotiations for Industrial & Energy Technology sectors. Responsible for documentation submissions and client engagement in Italy and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Developing proposals, negotiating with customers, and ensuring deals deliver shareholder value
  • Compiling and submitting tender documentation as required
  • Handling standardized products with predefined options
  • Contributing to predefined contracts and working within established pricing frameworks
  • Managing targeted clients and supporting commercial engagement
  • Discussing sales approaches and strategy with manager
  • Traveling within Europe for approximately 25% of your working time
  • Being an Ambassador of Manufacturing function supporting on Talent attraction and growth and being active on Customer oriented initiatives

Requirements

  • Engineering degree from an accredited university or college
  • Fluency in English and French
