About the role

  • Sales Specialist focused on developing a dedicated sales pipeline and collaborating with team members at DeepL. Leveraging expertise in SaaS/AI sales and maintaining client relations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product subject matter expert for our agentic offering, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the product roadmap, technical capabilities, and value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the agentic market, competitive landscape, and key industry trends to effectively position our solution in client discussions.
  • Provide regular, structured client feedback and insights to the Product Team.
  • Build, qualify, and progress a dedicated agentic pipeline by supporting Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with and educate multiple stakeholders on how to identify, qualify, and articulate the value of agentic solutions to their clients.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • 5 years + selling in SaaS/AI sales environment, specialist experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in and ability to quickly understand the value proposition and technical concepts of AI, machine learning, or agentic technology.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
