About the role

  • Process payrolls in a timely manner to ensure employees are paid correctly (300+ and growing in a fast pace)
  • Review timesheets, payroll registers (e.g earnings, deductions, taxes, ER cost) for accuracy and completeness before payroll funding.
  • Manage multiple reports and provide to management as needed.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Will be assigned other duties to help proactively drive SiteMinder vision and align with other organizations core values.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee pay records and documents.
  • Support the business on payroll specific initiatives around simplification and standardization
  • Extensive background in Post Journal entries to ledger.
  • Experience in processing SSS Claims, Reimbursement, Certify SSS and Pag-Ibig loans.
  • Administration and prepares schedules and assists in annual audits.
  • Conduct statutory reconciliation and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with local laws.

Requirements

  • Must have an ability to rely on experience and judgment plan.
  • Extensive background on Human Resource particularly in Total Rewards and Payroll Management.
  • Accomplished daily weekly and monthly task and work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong analytical, problem identification and solving skills with solution focused mindset with mathematical skills with high attention to detail
  • Background in end to end payroll processing and extensive knowledge in Accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
