About the role

  • Sales Development Representative responsible for booking meetings and creating qualified leads for SaaS software in Copenhagen. Engaging with clients through calls and emails to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Book qualified first meetings for our Account Executives across public and private sectors
  • Run thoughtful multi-channel outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn that speaks to real problems customers care about: accessibility, UX, performance, and compliance
  • Research accounts, personalise messages, and ask clear discovery questions to uncover need and urgency
  • Keep your pipeline clean in Salesforce and partner closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns
  • Communicate customer outcomes simply and confidently

Requirements

  • You are a European citizen
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You live in or close to Copenhagen
  • You have at least 1+ years of Sales Development experience within a SaaS company
  • Organized, open to feedback, and comfortable picking up modern sales tools quickly, Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Confident on the phone, crisp in writing, and strong at building rapport quickly
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by clear targets and career growth
