Responsibilities
- Manage creative full-cycle recruitment strategies for assigned Associate, intern, and contractor positions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 0–2 years of recruiting or transferable best practices
- Proven ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract candidates
- Previous experience and passion for creating graphic art, ideally using Canva
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy required; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
