About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist managing full-cycle recruiting processes at Shure. Responsible for design and facilitation of various TA initiatives including New Hire Orientation and Intern Program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative full-cycle recruitment strategies for assigned Associate, intern, and contractor positions
  • Facilitate Talent Acquisition presentations such as New Hire Orientation and interview training
  • Design and create professional job advertisements using Canva
  • Develop and support the Shure Intern Program through college recruitment
  • Assist in optimizing technologies for recruitment and ensure clean data and accurate reporting
  • Maintain awareness of industry and Company trends and support other HR functions and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 0–2 years of recruiting or transferable best practices
  • Proven ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract candidates
  • Previous experience and passion for creating graphic art, ideally using Canva
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy required; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
