About the role

  • Internal Recruitment Consultant responsible for attracting top talent for recruitment agency. Focus on entry-level hiring while progressing into experienced roles and international recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Working closely with Directors and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and team growth plans
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
  • Process Management: Managing interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, preparation, and candidate experience
  • Candidate Engagement: Acting as the main point of contact throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Feedback & Offers: Delivering structured feedback and managing offer processes

Requirements

  • Experience within a recruitment environment, either in agency or internal recruitment within a similar setting
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders and candidates
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes at once
  • Motivated by working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Interested in developing a longer-term career within internal recruitment
