About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist overseeing full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate functions at Fountain Life. Building talent pipelines and managing candidate experiences in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles — from clinical positions (physicians, nurses, health coaches) to corporate and operational functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Build structured interview process to include hiring manager education
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and employer brand efforts
  • Assist with creation of Compensation Bands in alignment with continued growth
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer — communicating with clarity, warmth, and speed
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting workflows with precision and attention to detail
  • Leverage Rippling (or similar HRIS/ATS) to maintain accurate recruiting data, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring progress to People leadership
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Fountain Life — articulating our mission and culture in a way that excites and attracts top talent to include oversight of LinkedIn Recruiter presence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup or scale-up experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success recruiting clinical roles — physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, or allied health professionals
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, and beyond
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on key recruiting KPIs
  • Familiarity with healthcare or longevity/wellness industries is a strong plus
  • Experience with Rippling is a HUGE plus — if you've used it to manage ATS workflows, onboarding, or HRIS data, we definitely want to talk
