About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner sourcing and hiring top talent for innovative finance solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Full Recruitment Process: Manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, crafting offers, negotiating, and closing, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Source Top Talent: Identify active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and research.
  • Track Recruitment Metrics: Build and manage hiring metrics to keep stakeholders informed about progress and ensure alignment with goals.
  • Design Candidate Assessment Frameworks: Develop effective assessment processes, facilitate interviews, and lead calibration and hiring discussions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand hiring needs, team goals, and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as a consultative partner to the business, guiding teams to build holistic, high-performing teams.
  • Enhance Tools and Processes: Identify and implement tools to support scalable recruitment as the company grows in complexity.
  • Strengthen the Recruitment Engine: Define and implement best practices to build a scalable recruitment machine that meets hiring objectives and drives growth.
  • Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Work closely with People Operations to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process, helping new employees feel welcome and enabling a fast learning curve.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years proven in-house full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an early stage SaaS business
  • Extensive sourcing experience using Boolean searches, Linkedin, GitHub, etc
  • Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and managing stakeholders, across all levels
  • Proven expertise in high-level talent attraction through social media, recruitment campaigns, and networking capability
  • Experience creating and establishing recruitment practices that standardize and scale
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to operate independently using critical judgement skills
