Responsibilities
Prospecting: Utilize effective strategies and tools to discover, cover territories, and qualify high-potential prospects for Sinch's email solutions efficiently.
Opportunity Development: Identify, organize, and track sales opportunities within the pipeline, prioritizing efforts, forecasting revenue, and ensuring a consistent flow of email-related deals toward closure. This skill focuses on efficiency and maximizing outcomes from available opportunities.
Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Sinch's email solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and securing buy-in.
Qualifying Client Discovery: Evaluate potential prospects to determine their fit as viable leads for Sinch's email solutions and their readiness to engage in the sales process. Use insights to shape conversations and identify whether a prospect meets the criteria to move forward in the sales funnel.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships within the assigned account base, working with the existing sales team.
Identify Expansion Opportunities: Proactively identify expansion opportunities for email solutions within existing accounts. Support customers through the process for upgrading or adding additional requirements to existing contracts.
Facilitate Issue Resolution: Gather customer feedback and facilitate timely issue resolution related to email services.
Requirements
Proven experience selling software or SaaS in a B2B environment and experience selling email solutions is highly desirable.
Chinese Mandarin language is a plus
Demonstrated success in selling innovative technologies to medium and large organizations
Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with high activity targets and managing multiple conversations at once.
Strong history of getting immediate results while building repeatable processes
Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn from feedback and coaching.
A proactive mindset and strong curiosity about customer needs and market dynamics in the email space.
Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and other sales utilities is a plus.
