About the role

  • Sales Representative managing a portfolio of B2B industrial clients and distributors in Iberia and Southern France. Developing support and leading network training for successful technical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and develop a portfolio of active customers within the geographical area (Iberia + Southern France)
  • Develop, support, and train a network of distributors
  • Lead distributor sales teams through meetings, training sessions, product presentations, and commercial tours
  • Negotiate technical and commercial conditions for customer projects, ensuring profitability for LEI Iberia
  • Supervise service activities in coordination with the After‑Sales Manager
  • Prepare weekly activity and results reports using Salesforce

Requirements

  • Two-year technical degree (engineering competencies in electronics or mechanics considered an asset)
  • 5+ years of successful experience as a technical salesperson for B2B industrial clients and distributors
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Native Spanish
  • French and English workplace communication-level
