About the role

  • Account Executive - Operations responsible for managing shipments in logistics sector. Ensures timely delivery and efficient freight operations while communicating effectively with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned shipments from quote through delivery
  • Proactively book, coordinate carriers, solve problems, and communicate with clients
  • Ensure all shipments are executed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with multiple sales representatives and team members daily to cover loads
  • Become an expert in using proprietary technology to fulfill client requests
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, documentation, and provide proactive updates to clients
  • Maintain regular communication with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or freight brokerage
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle unexpected issues and find quick solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Customer service-oriented with professional communication style
  • Team player willing to collaborate and provide backup coverage for colleagues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
