About the role

  • Sales engineer for wind energy services at Windtastics in Bremen. Managing client relationships, offering service solutions, and executing sales agreements with technical collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Sales of services in the areas of Operations Control Center, Marine Coordination and Grid Operations (Network Control Center)
  • Active new client acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Identification of customer needs and preparation of corresponding proposals
  • Preparation and presentation of offers and leading contract negotiations
  • Close collaboration with specialist departments for the technical development of proposals
  • Market and competitor monitoring and deriving sales strategies
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and client meetings

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or several years of relevant professional experience in the operations management of wind farms
  • Strong knowledge of wind energy, ideally in operations management / technical asset management or technical services
  • Experience in technical sales or a strong affinity for sales-related tasks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Very good written and spoken English, and good written and spoken German
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
