  • Senior Manager for People & Culture at Security Equipment Supply, leading HR operations and employee engagement. Overseeing recruiting and development while ensuring compliance and managing risk.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute People & Culture strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management.
  • Build and promote programs that drive engagement, compensation, and recognition.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while protecting the business and advocating for employees.
  • Ensure compliance, manage risk, and standardize HR processes with scalability in mind.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a small HR team and external partners.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years progressive HR/People leadership experience.
  • Confident, self-assertive decision-maker who owns outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail—someone who doesn’t miss things.
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Persuasive and collaborative—able to influence while supporting.
  • Comfortable handling tough conversations with fairness and respect.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred.
