About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing telephone support to Airport and Airline customers. Opportunity to work hybrid after training, based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support to Airport and Airline customers.
  • Allocate work to our engineers.
  • Record data, update and monitor systems, update and maintain regular reporting using Google Documents/Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with basic internal IT issues.

Requirements

  • Experience within a customer service, administrative, retail or call centre environment.
  • IT literacy is essential (Google, Windows & Microsoft Office).
  • Candidates will require their own transport or live within walking distance of Meadway Technology Park, Stevenage as there is no public transport available for the 5am shift start.
