Responsibilities
Provide telephone support to Airport and Airline customers.
Allocate work to our engineers.
Record data, update and monitor systems, update and maintain regular reporting using Google Documents/Microsoft Excel.
Assist with basic internal IT issues.
Requirements
Experience within a customer service, administrative, retail or call centre environment.
IT literacy is essential (Google, Windows & Microsoft Office).
Candidates will require their own transport or live within walking distance of Meadway Technology Park, Stevenage as there is no public transport available for the 5am shift start.
