About the role

  • Health Care Support Specialist assisting primarily medical practices with lab and IT inquiries. Collaborating with IT and lab staff for technical solutions and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • You support our customers—primarily medical practices—by phone with questions about our laboratory and IT systems.
  • You analyze inquiries, identify the causes of technical or procedural issues, and ensure rapid solutions.
  • You work closely with colleagues from IT and the laboratory to improve processes.
  • You document calls and resolutions in a structured way in our systems so that everything remains transparent at all times.
  • You stay curious: new software, updates and tools spark your interest, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • You have a medical foundation: whether as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Dental Assistant (ZFA), Medical-Technical Assistant (MTA), nurse, or through similar training—you understand how medical practices and clinical workflows operate.
  • Technology is not foreign to you! You are motivated to dive into the digital world of healthcare and to learn new IT programs.
  • You are a communication talent: friendly, patient and clear in your language—even on the phone you can explain complex matters simply.
  • You love finding solutions: you tackle challenges proactively and look for ways to resolve them rather than dwelling on problems.
  • A service mindset is important to you: you want to help people and enjoy seeing callers hang up satisfied.
  • Languages: Your German is fluent at C1 level—both written and spoken.
  • A Class B driving license gives you the flexibility needed when duties go beyond the screen.
