About the role

  • Front Office Manager engaging guests and leading the hotel team at Seminaris. Responsible for team leadership, guest relations, and operational excellence in hotel services.

Responsibilities

  • Delight guests and strengthen the team
  • Guest service and guest retention
  • Staff scheduling to ensure professional guest service
  • Cultivate sustainable guest relationships and leverage feedback
  • Drive upselling through creative concepts
  • Responsible for inventory and order processing and for maintaining procedures
  • Help shape operational processes through project work

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a (Assistant) Front Office Manager or Head of Reception
  • Experience leading a larger team
  • Friendly manner with strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills in complex situations
  • Familiarity with hotel software (Sihot is an advantage) and reservation systems
  • Good German language skills (at least B2) and very good English skills (C1)
