Requirements
Several years of experience as a (Assistant) Front Office Manager or Head of Reception
Experience leading a larger team
Friendly manner with strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills in complex situations
Familiarity with hotel software (Sihot is an advantage) and reservation systems
Good German language skills (at least B2) and very good English skills (C1)
