Responsibilities
Act as the calm, reliable point of contact for guest services
Provide supportive team leadership, including guidance, coaching and respectful supervision
Deliver guest care through confident and efficient check-in & check-out
Coordinate reservations and on-site recommendations
Resolve guest-specific issues and challenges
Manage cash handling and monitor financial processes
Organize material safeguarding and maintain operational processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training in hotel management / hospitality
Several years of professional experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Shift Leader or Assistant Front Office Manager
Experience in leading teams
Experience with hotel property management software (SiHOT is an advantage)
Good verbal communication skills in German and English
