Track service vehicle maintenance and maintain the maintenance schedule
HR follow-up: provide administrative information to management and manage employee leave
Requirements
Administrative professional with experience in the construction sector
Meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong ability to draft formal official correspondence
Experience managing administrative aspects of construction disputes and subcontracting contracts
Technical expertise to manage tender (RFP) dossiers and to maintain complex Excel dashboards
