About the role

Responsibilities

  • Management of IT equipment and mobile device fleet
  • Management of site and employee access badges
  • In-person reception of visitors
  • Mail handling
  • Management of purchases and office supplies inventory
  • Ensuring the proper upkeep of the premises
  • Supervision of external service providers (cleaning, maintenance...)
  • Support to cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar role
  • Ideally, experience within a service company
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Versatility and discretion
