About the role

  • Account Manager for Digital Native customers at Semgrep. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Take over the renewal process for Digital Native accounts (2,000 employees and below)
  • Work with account executives to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular meetings with existing customers to establish overall sentiment/ identify concerns and address them head on/ improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Partner with support, sales and technical account management teams to drive customer issues to resolution
  • Crisply communicate with customers to confirm their renewals, complete them on time, and maximize Semgrep’s Gross Dollar Retention (reduce churn wherever possible).

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales roles including Sales, and Sales Development
  • Superior communication skills and high level of emotional IQ
  • Great organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
  • General understanding of developer tools and technical acumen is a major plus
  • Coachability, curiosity, and tenacity
