Responsibilities
Take over the renewal process for Digital Native accounts (2,000 employees and below)
Work with account executives to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
Conduct regular meetings with existing customers to establish overall sentiment/ identify concerns and address them head on/ improve overall customer satisfaction
Partner with support, sales and technical account management teams to drive customer issues to resolution
Crisply communicate with customers to confirm their renewals, complete them on time, and maximize Semgrep’s Gross Dollar Retention (reduce churn wherever possible).
Requirements
Experience in pre-sales roles including Sales, and Sales Development
Superior communication skills and high level of emotional IQ
Great organizational skills and acute attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
General understanding of developer tools and technical acumen is a major plus
