About the role

  • Customer Engagement Executive managing SAP resources and client relationships for Seidor. Collaborating with sales teams to ensure client success in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor SAP, Seidor, and client resources to drive customer success
  • Establish a streamlined customer engagement model
  • Maintain strong relationships with sales and service teams
  • Manage all aspects of the Results Success Plan
  • Build effective collaboration across the entire account team
  • Ensure access to and activation of the Seidor experience
  • Track issues through to successful resolution
  • Drive customer lifetime value across the customer journey
  • Develop a RISE transformation strategy with the client (RISE with SAP)
  • Confirm the customer's business objectives and desired outcomes
  • Build and lead strategic executive relationships
  • Demonstrate value
  • Drive the Customer Success Plan by creating an action plan to deliver results
  • Expand and accelerate customer growth
  • Conduct regular meetings with the client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed)
  • Knowledge of SAP products and SAP ERP
  • Plus: advanced English
  • Spanish (advantage)
  • Familiarity with the SAP For Me tool
